Applicants are not required to fill up an application and send it to the organization via post services which not only requires the expenditure of funds but also takes a long time to be received by the receiving party with the possibility of the document being lost on the way.
In short, online application is being widely accepted and practiced as well as various techniques to improvise it are being implemented in order to reduce the pressure on Human Resource personals in the recruitment process. Applicants are therefore required to be alert of the changes that take place and should be able to respond as expected in order to compete in obtaining a job in this globalizing world.
